FreePBX/Asterisk Psychic Telephone Integration

I posted this a couple weeks ago but decided that the process was not in the direction I want to go for the future. I deleted the original post and welcome those that placed a bid to do it again. I am replacing my current E1 system that was developed to manage psychic calls, due to changes to the Telecommunications industry in Australia and am moving towards SIP service providers to meet my needs. I am using FreePBX (Version 14) and Asterisk (Version 13) on a Ubuntu 18.04 LTS Server. This project is only for those who are experienced with FreePBX/Asterix, last time I posted I got a heap of bids about website development this is not what I require. I need a telephone integration via the two apps mentioned. Please find attached my call flow and how I want it to operate. Let me know if there are things that are not clear by message.
