Dear all, I need someone who is an expert in GoAutoDial to walk me thru the following:
1- Tutorial video that will show the functions in action i.e. creating different campaigns to show the difference between (Outbound, Inbound, Blended, and Survey) campaigns
2- Tutorial video on how to best utilize all the GoAutoDialer features in one campaign
3- Tutorial video on how to setup “Press 1” campaign , such campaign will send a pre-recorded message to customers, and whoever is interested will send the call back to agents on the same GoAutoDial server or different Elastix Server
4- Tutorial video on how to setup a survey campaign with single or multiple questions, and the possibility to give the client the option to send him back to a live agent (on the same GoAutoDial server or another Elastix server)
