Architectural drawing plans and an elevation

We need to get drafted from sketches 1:50 architectural plans (two floors on a small building) as well as placing a door and window on a single elevation. The job should take a skilled freelancer no more than two hours maximum in total with a review with the the client in between (after the first hour). I have attached a sketch of the existing layout and then the proposed layout. I have also attached a detailed cad drawing which will be the technical drawing you will start from.
