I am working on a design project for a home redesign. I require a professional CAD technician to convert my survey into professional drawings. I'll be measuring the house on Friday (tomorrow). I'll send you my sketches, notes and dimensions to be used for the drawings. I'll also send you a photographic survey of the house and the whole site. You will need to accurately show: 1. Wall thickness's (as I have measured) 2. Windows and Doors 3. Interior spaces and their main dimensions 4. Internal services (Radiators, Kitchen equipment, furniture)/ 5. External services (rainwater pipes, soil popes, materials & finishes on house 6. Garden plan (fence heights, level-changes) The property address is: 186 Brighton Road, Purley, South Croydon I will need the following drawings: - Existing Ground Floor Plan 1:100 Scale - Existing First Floor Plan 1:100 Scale - Existing Loft Plan 1:100 Scale - Existing Roof Plan 1:100 Scale - Existing Front, Side & Rear Elevations 1:100 Scale - Proposed Ground Floor Plan 1:100 Scale - Proposed First Floor Plan 1:100 Scale - Proposed Roof Plan 1:100 Scale - Proposed Front, Side & Rear Elevations 1:100 Scale Example drawings of the drawing standard

You'll be doing a survey. I can draw all the elements you're asking in AutoCAD with as much precision as you can provide in your measurements. Also, providing photos is a must, because as you'll see, there is allways something left behind to measure. I'm most certain that you'll need to go back and forth to measure things that will escape in the first time, it happens to everyone, all the time, so I will need your close feedback along the way. I warranty 100% accuracy to your measurements and I will notify you when somethings cannot be the way you measured because if there are too many tilted angles it will happen. Also, there are some tricks to avoid surprises, for example you should measure as much diagonals as you can, and triangulate the heights in every room. Please reach out for more details.
