We need some architectural drawings producing including side elevations for a planned conversion of two kennel blocks into a residential single storey house.
The 'Plan with items [login to view URL]' file shows the proposed floor plan we have drawn up in visio, the measurements for the buildings (block 1, 2 and 3) are internal measurements. Photos, aerial views and maps are also attached.
Block 2 will be a wooden construction joining blocks 1 and 3, the roof will be pitched as in blocks 1 and 3, the roofing will be replaced with cement tile. The roof height on block 1 will be raised to match block 3, block 3's roof will also be raised from 8.7ft at the pitch to 10ft and from 6.7ft to 8ft at the edge.
Velux roof windows will be used in all 3 bedrooms, the 3 rooms in block 2 and in the walk way in block 2.
The South elevation will incorporate a 5ft wood extension where the current metal kennel structure is, this will be of a similar construction to that in the 'Proposed South [login to view URL]' image but maintaining the block wall at the base for a couple of feet.
A sliding 10ft gate is proposed for vehicle access.
The plans will be for a pre planning application meeting with the local council to gauge the viability of the project, we are likely to use the same designer moving forward if the project is delivered to a good standard.
