Hello, I have checked the floor plan attached and form of the building is quite simple and there are not many details, however the copy/scan is not too good. Do you think you could get a better copy or provide additional information about measurements, if necessary? Based on the pdf provided and other information relevant to the project, I would prepare initial drawings and questions (as mentioned, if I cannot read some measurement etc). Drawing would be sent to you in pdf for checkup, and based on your comments and feedback, I would make necessary changes and adjustments. Regarding the time, my rough estimate is that I need few hours for initial drawing and few for changes, however I entered five days in case feedback/providing additional information takes a while.
