You are recently recruited in a leading company as a junior engineer to design products on demand according to their customers’ requirements. Your manager has asked you to design a product to meet requirement of the client and produce a design report (You must set the client brief and your own design specification for the product). The report can be used by company’s sales and marketing department as well as assessing health and safety issues relating to insurance cover. What to Submit • The report should include all the above tasks and should not exceed 25 pages. • The final design should be modelled using ‘Specified CAD software’ and the design report should include a CAD generated 3D model of the final design assembly, relevant 3D parts and drawings. This should be included in the appendix section. • Your design will have more than one 3D part/component that makes up the whole assembly and detailed drawings for each part, in addition to the overall assembly drawing.
