You mention you need drafting for several projects; the 'project' itself requires only a 2D plan view or requires a 3D model? On the other hand, I didn't see any structural element like columns in the sheet you attached except for the ones in the right side of the Level 1, does that mean you only require plans related to a architectural fase? I could see clear grids and dimensions. We are talking about 4 levels (you mentioned we are talking about different project so my best guess is this could change), some simpler than others. I could estimate $30-50 per floor, depending on how complex the model could be. Any aditional information you could supply would be great. I'll be expecting your answer, have a nice day!

Hi. Professinal architect here. First comment : Revit is 3d!, to properly lay the components it'll be mandatory to instruct for heights, e.g. the stairs need to start and end somewhere. Regardless of that, my bid is per sheet as your required. Minimum of 5 sheets will be demanded to keep this price, otherwise consider 50% more per no.
