Configure my programming environment

I'm trying to program what the guy in this video is programming: [login to view URL] However, I have 1 problem: At the 47 sec mark he enters "=get" followed by "https/github.com.......[login to view URL]" to unzip the file. The get command doesn't work in my terminal. What I need: I just need this command to work in my terminal. I will hire immediately and share my screen. Should only take about 10-15 minutes. My budget is $75 for this. Will likely hire again.
