I have experience as a customer service representative both for online stores based in US and call center companies here in the Philippines. I worked for a total of 7years in BPO companies and a year and a half as a CSR for online stores.
I can say that I'm well versed when it comes to dealing with customers. I always see to it that I put my best foot forward for every customer I handle. I also handled live chat with customers. I can do multi-tasking as well.
I am very familiar in using MS office applications. My typing speed is 45wpm. I am well versed when it comes to using social media like facebook or instagram. Using the search engine will be easy for me, as I use it almost every day.
I am an optimistic person, and I always see to it that I find something positive in every situation. I am a fast learner and I can work independently. Time is really valuable for me, I always see to it that I attend all my appointments on time. I am also a team player, I can blend well with different kinds of people. I am easy to be with, fun-loving, and friendly. ;)
