I do construction. I have a customer. If your work is good, i have more jobs in future. To start I need to get full rendition drawings. I want to see sample of your work. First I would like a Full rendition of a buildings my customer is happy with design. Once the rendition is good we can talk about the rest of the project which i am listing. Which i will pay separately. 1. Full rendering of design 2. Full floor Plan 3. HVAC layout 4. Electrical Layout 5. Lighting Design 6. Full interior design 7. Cabinetry Drawings 8. Landscaping drawings 9. Exterior elevations and design We have a very strong idea of what we want and this will be a very comprehensive design. We would like all the drawings in CAD and will be providing Survey, building code restrictions, as well as current home details which we will need to reproduce to get our permits.
