Architect needed to design Apartments: Land is Corner block Total land area is : 1216 square meters 35% garden area 2 blocks 3 storey No more than 11 meters high Underground car parking (slope land: east is 1.5 meter higher than west) 1 stair for 4 apartments on the same level Each apartment minimum have: 1 bedroom ,1 kitchen ,1 bath and 1 toilet.(bath and toilet can be together). (room size is not less than 8 square meters) . ( window needed for room,kitchen,bath/toilet) Area of Each apartment no less than 40 square meters. Regarding to second and third level , can expand over around ,to increase more areas. Top level can be “duplex room” 8 apartments per level ,3 levels,means 24 apartments per block. 2 blocks: total 48 apartments. Economical and practical
