So I have an excel sheet with numbers and formulas. These are linked to a database where the numbers change all the time. When the numbers change, if they reach a certain level, there is an excel trigger which highlights the cell.
So what I need is an automatically generated email or text message when the cell reaches a certain level. For instance, if the cell if cell F4 is triggered/highlighted, it will say the word 'spike.' I need information from cell F2 emailed or texted to me. If cell g4 says 'spike' then I need the information in cell G2 emailed or texted to me
