We are planning to launch an mobile application (Android, iOS, Windows Phone8) and a e-commerce website for comparison prices, offers and discounts of products categorized by a unique system and analyzing the data with the use of an advanced algorith. So, the clients of these apps or websites are actually the owners of various small shops, min-markets, bookstores, retails and retail chain stores or brand stores in Italy and therefore our startup will offer B2B services. But the users of both the apps and the web-based platforms will be individuals (Consumers) and therefore from their point of view will ofeer B2C services. We are seeking information and data for the competitors and the overall market of price comparison ecosystem in Italy on 2 related market research projects. One is focused on our B2B clients and the other focused on the retail consumers (B2C) of their products and services. Our priorities are two cities: a) Rome b) Milan We need assistance with market research of existing websites which operate in this market and companies offering similar mobile applications (native apps) and a short Competitors analysis or a Summary of Competitors analysis as a source for our work on the Market Analysis. This research should include pecific data for Top3 or Top5 websites with mobile application available at Google Play, iTunes/Apple Store and Microsoft Store in each category (B2B only and B2B+B2C) and general market data, such as volume, segmentation, dynamics, etc; and so on. We will appreciate the most a summary of information including traffic estimates, history, turnover, funding success, profit statements and so on based on articles from Italian newspapers, websites, or their own websites. We are not looking for in-depth analysis or extensive analysis at this point; this is just the initial research for our company's draft Business Plan.
