Mobile Phone Software App.

I need someone that has a good working knowledge of Mobile applications software, that can design an app. that will work on all possible and available types of cell phones, and can put everything together so it can be downloaded easily to a Mobile device. I would like this same search engine software tool to work on a newly constructed Website (developed by the programmer), from which the Mobile app. download is available.

1. I need someone that can write a Mobile app. that will be able to search all the most popular internet shopping sites for the best possible prices available. Listing the results similarly to the ones you get using sites such as Shopzilla, Bizrate, Amazon, etc... In least to highest priced.

2. The software should have the ability to be able to search the local stores websites such as Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Lowes, etc... ,as well, for making comparisons while out shopping. (on the go, and in the stores.) Making it easier for the buyer to compare and decide when and where to make the actual purchase.

3. The software app. should allow you to link directly to the site chosen from the list of the lowest priced items (i.e. [url removed, login to view]) so all the complications of the purchasing transaction are taken care of by that website.

4. The software app. should be able to utilize and gather any and all of the commissions for it using the affilated services that most all the sites use to increase their business. I would need the programmer to setup these RSS feeds or affiliated sales links, rtc... before the software was completed and show us that it works properly.

5. I request that all the intellictual property and all other rights to the Mobile softeware app. be expressed and written over to me before I would make the final payment.
