Hello.
I need a program to create a .torrent file, from a folders content. It MUST be able to accept informations (tracker URL, source, comment and privacy settings). The program must also be able to work with a list of files that should be skipped form the torrent (eg, *.xxx is not included in the torrentfile, though the file is located in the folder holding the content).
All settings should be editable via a configfile, and the program itself must run on Windows.
