GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CUSTOM MADE NEWSLETTER SYSTEM

General information - The admin panel shall be hosted on our server and we will use our server to deliver the newsletters - Multiple accounts for administrators; it must be easy to create and delete a new account - The main feature is to have newsletters in html + text format! We need to use templates and add text so that in the end our clients won’t have to right click to download images and will have the possibility to copy/paste the text from our newsletters. - The admin panel should be in English - Ensure that the program will work together with most mail servers, providers and popular mail services. Data base requirements - Mailing list builder – the possibility of building multiple lists according to different criteria - Import e-mail addresses in .csv, .txt or .xls format - Search box for easy identifying e-mail addresses - Buttons for “delete address”, “edit”, “add new subscriber”, “import subscribers” etc. - Separate report with “recent subscribers” - Automatic duplicates removal - The possibility to synchronize the database with other systems inside our company Edit options of text & images - Intuitive user interface, Text & Pictures & HTML Editor - The main feature is to have newsletters in html + text format! We need to use templates and add text so that in the end our clients won’t have to right click to download images and will have the possibility to copy/paste the text from our newsletters. - The possibility to insert and work with tables - The possibility to create our own templates - The possibility to import an existing template (html format) - The possibility to import a third-party template - Integration of social networks - A template adaptable for mobile devices - Embed video in newsletter - Preview mode and test e-mail message - The system must be able to send text in Cyrillic letters Sending options - The possibility to use different sending addresses for different databases because our company sends different newsletters to different countries. - Subscription forms – the possibility to use a form on our website that must be filled by the client who wants to subscribe to our newsletter (it should include at least fields like Name and e-mail address) - Auto responders – automated e-mails that are sent to new subscribers and to those who unsubscribe - Send personalized and customized emails to all recipients, groups or to custom mix of mailing groups. - Campaign scheduler – the possibility to set the day and time for sending the newsletter - Title testing – the possibility of using 2 different titles for the same newsletter, delivered to a split database and receiving stats about each title in order to know which one of them was successful - Sending attachments – the possibility to add documents as attachments - Edit the “from”, “title” and “return e-mails” fields according to our needs - Authorized users can send a message to the list from any location. This function is user and password protected to protect the list from spammers and unauthorized users. Reports - The system will automatically move bounced email addresses to a special folder. They should be activated again or deleted at any time. - Number and Rate of opening - Number and Rate of reactivity / Clicks rate - Dates when emails were opened - Rate of unsubscribe for each newsletter - Stats per receiver - Export reports in .pdf file - Comparison of multiple campaigns - Degree of openness in relation to the date of dispatch - The operating system of our subscribers (Windows 7, Mac OS, iPhone ...) - Browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, ...) - The email client (Outlook, gmail, hotmail ...)
