Screensaver project

I am looking for a programmer to either partner with me or offer me a service.

The service required will depend on how you offer to approach this project.

So before I go into details of the project I will explain the type of responses I would like. Once you have read and understood the brief please pm me with how you would like to work with me, what will be involved and estimates of cost. The options can be:

1) Create me a one off program that I can use and meets my needs, so I can produce the final products myself.

2) Make use of the software and skills you already have and offer to produce the final products for me, on an ongoing basis.

3) Open discussions about partnering with me.

• I need to produce screensavers, these will be created from the usual inputs; image files, video files etc and have the standard options for the user to adjust the settings. They will also have the usual transitions available in most good screensavers.

• The screensavers will be made in a way that allows an icon/image on each image, animation or video to be clicked on, that will be linked to a URL, so their default browser is opened on the specified URL.

• The screensavers will be installed with an .exe setup file.

• When installed the user will be given information about what is being installed and given options on what (if any) system changes will take place.

• If agreed to the installed will change the user's browsers home page to a specified URL.

• Immediate after installation the user's browser will be opened on a “thank you for using our screensaver” URL. (Different URL for each screensaver). The fact that this will happen will be explained during installation.

• Display image banner in settings window, linked to a URL

• Display logo or logos on all images, linked to a URL or different URLs

• Display image popup on exit, linked to a URL

• When logo is click on during screensaver use the URL is opened

• Close the screensaver using a keyboard key not mouse movement or click.

Basically I would like the built screensavers to function in a very similar way to ones built with this software: Screensaver factory Enterprise [url removed, login to view]

The issue I have with this is that it doesn't allow a logo / URL to be click on during screensaver use; it only allows a logo to be displayed and a URL to be opened by pressing F2.

The other software that could do this is [url removed, login to view] However is needs a flash screensaver to be made first, which I can't do.

The other issue is that these don't include the ability to do some of the functions needed during the users install.

Please pm me with any questions and suggestions on the best approach that you could offer.

Bear in mind I will want to produce hundreds of screensavers so if you offer to charge me per screensaver it needs to be a realistic price.
