Org chart Component

We're looking for an experienced freelancer in the creation of an “Org Chart” component. We actually are using an Org Chart component provided for Delphi, nevertheless, we need to improve greatly the functionalities of our software with a new component, this is why we're looking for a Freelance. The component has to permits a total automatic generation of Organigrams. An Organigram generally provides a clear picture of the hierarchical position of the various people who work for a Company or Firm. We need a component suited to give a sort of illustration of the Org Chart. Most of all we want to have the possibility to connect this component to a DataBase. THE COMPONENT MUST WORK IN DELPHI ENVIRONMENT (that's mandatory) but you can code it with your preferred programming language. We won't spend time explaining what an Org Chart is, so don't post your offer if you're not experienced in this kind of objects. Read carefully attached file containing features we need. All functions listed in the attachment must be included in component features, don't try to provide the component without any of them, but feel free to suggest other smart functions or facilities if you want, we'll appreciate very much. In near future we need a version of this component suited for the web.
