Linux commands to send fax & receive fax via SIP trunk

I need 2 Linux commands. 1) One command is used to send fax out via SIP trunk directly without using IP-PBX like Asterisk ...etc. I need one command similar to the previous project mentioned in the following URL link. https://www.freelancer.cn/projects/c-programming-linux/utility-send-fax/ 2) The 2nd command is used to receive fax via SIP trunk directly without using IP-PBX like Asterisk ..etc. (1) One daemon with one configuration file may be required to connect to the SIP provider. (2) The above daemon will call my script (such as /bin/[login to view URL]) and then tell me all information of incoming fax with environment variables (CallerID, CSID, CalledID, NumberOfFaxPages, Date, Time, TiffFileFullPath ...etc). Remark: It may need one configuration file to store all requested information such as SIP Provider IP, SIP User Name, SIP password, Fax Protocol (T38 or G711) ...etc.
