MSP-430 C-Software Review / Restructuring / Debugging

Hello,
I need support on the review and optimization of an existing C-software running on a MSP-430. The functionality system includes:
- GPS
- GSM-Modem
- Display
- Bluetooth
The software running on it was designed by myself with very limited time resources. It has a solid state machine, but some parts are hacked.
The software is now running on about 150 devices in the field and there is some undefined behaviour that needs to be fixed.
The task would be to:
0. Understand the program flow and intended functionality
1. Review of the code and definition of a structure for a proper rebuild based on existing code. It is currently interrupt based and it might make sense to switch to a BIOS.
2. Implementation of the code incl. proper documentation
I would provide all necessary hardware ad software to do the job.
Very good knowledge in C and embedded programming is necessary. Knowledge of TI-MSP430 is a plus. Basic knowledge in electronic circuits is needed.
