PTZOptics OBS Plugin Creation

Create a plugin/module for OBS that can control the PTZOptics cameras. This would be very basics to start. Four PTZ Buttons for Up/Down/Left/Right and Two Buttons for Zoom-In/Zoom-Out. Later we would like to the ability to save and call presets plus have 9 buttons for calling saved presets.

Someone with experience creating plugins for OBS would be ideal.

Also, definitely need PTZ preset controls included in this project. Once PTZ camera controls are done, presets should be easy. 9 buttons 1-9 should be available to recall presets saved to the camera.
