c# web development

I have a e-learning system using visual c#, sql server and asp.net. i need some one to develop and make some changes in my web application. the problems which are need to be solved:

1. if some one is already registered with any email, email can not be used to open another account. it will show some error message.

2. forget password. when they will give their email id. a new password making link will go to their email.

[url removed, login to view] admin see the list of student and staff the side bar does not come down with list which makes it look bad. so it needs to be fixed.

[url removed, login to view] pink color need to be changed in sky blue.

5.a live chat need to be installed for student log in to chat with admin.
