Build me admin console

HI,

I have a PC usage tracker standalone software in c#. But i want to implement in LAN to get PC usage statistics from LAN. so i want two projects one for admin where admin can see and config agents/LAN PC's and one for end points where i can install agents once it get install it can be see in admin console automatic and the data from agent will be shown there.
