Build basic web application with asp.net mvc 5 in C# and deliver visual studio solution

I would like the foundation of a project that I will then manage myself. It is a simple web application and must be built with asp.net mvc 5 in c# and styled with bootstrap. The functionality is to manage users and allow each user to manage a list of models (a guide for the c# code for the model is attached).
It is very important that the form for creating new models is clean, stylish and intuitive.
Here is the flow of the web application:
- home page where users can log in or register, or reset their password
- once logged in users see a list of their existing models and an option to create new models
- each model can be viewed, edited and deleted
- users also have the option to log out and delete their account
The attached c# code for the model is only a guide. Please let me know if you have any suggestions or questions.
