C#NET project - embed file as resource in DLL

Dear C# expert,
In my project I have a file (machine learned tensorflow graph model) which I dont want share during deployment. Hence I wanted this graph model to be embed inside the DLL.
I am using tensorflowsharp to consume the graph model. when I add the graph model as resource and run it, I get the following error.
An unhandled exception of type '[login to view URL]' occurred in [login to view URL]
Additional information: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. occurred
Please let me know if you can work on this. You can download my project here. Inside it you can see "graph" folder. The file inside that folder needed to be a part of the DLL.
