Outlook Add-on that scans for duplicate emails once a day

Hi there, I need someone to build an Outlook 2016 Add-on in C Sharp that scans duplicated email subjects from an specific Inbox folder in Outlook, and to mark these duplicated subject emails as "Read" keeping the last email received as Unread. This only applies to unread emails in the inbox folder. In order to achieve this the Add-on should keep a record of email subjects so it can check if it already exists. The Add-on should have an option to run once a day automatically. The Add-on should have an option to set the Inbox folder to be scanned. The Add-on should have an option to disable or enable the Scan if needed. I'll need instructions in how to add or remove the Add-on from Outlook. I'll also need the C# Sharp Source Code project in a zip file in case I need to make changes to it. Please let me know if you have any questions before taking the project.
