Parse Text file and create treeview for folders

I have a Text file that needs to be parsed. It contains information about Vaults which needs to be treated as a folder and Doc which are sub-folder. Vaults and Doc are connected with a key and soo on.
Final results should be a window that comes up and shows a tree view of folders and when i click on the side arrow of parent folder it should show info about sub folder in the text box.
Attachment shows how final results should look. This has to be a WPF application using c# following object oriented methodology.
