Small C Sharp Program Modification

I have attached demo source files. The program is a small eftpos program, and it is currently working, however I wish for some modifications to this:
- Program must stay 'always on top'
- purchase-refund should be a dropdown box, with purchase selected by default
- remove 'amount cashout'
- hide 'amount refund' - only show when dropdown box changes to refund
- ensure that pressing enter after typing the amount, will trigger the 'do txn' button (this should apply for refunds also)
- rename 'do txn' to submit
- program will default select the amount purchase when focussed, so that it is easy to type in the payment amount.
- make the program look prettier, as it us currently very basic and ugly
- align all elements so that the program can be resized to a slim long window (similar to the [login to view URL] attached)
- enlarge the textbox/fontsize for the amount box, as this is the main portion of the program, the rest should be small and out of the way
- there are two services that this program also runs along side. the program should check that the services are running and turn them on if they are not. i have attached [login to view URL] with this information. This check should also be done before a transaction is submitted.
