Unreal 4 Music Visualizer with Realtime Windows Audio Needed

I need someone who is able to create an Unreal 4 Plugin for me that allows me to use the sound input from windows and incorporate it as a music visualizer within my level. I already have access to an existing music visualizer [login to view URL] However, this plugin only allows me to use the music data from an ogg vorbis file. I need it to take the sound directly from windows. This way, the player will be able to play their own music without having to spend any effort changing the song. If anyone here has experience with unreal C++ scripting, and thinks they are able to do this, please don't hesitate to contact me.
