I am novice to WCF and hence looking for some WCF Expert. I want an advanced level sample(solution) for WCF and my requirement is that I need a service(Rest Preferred but SOAP will also work) developed in WCF which should accept SAML message, security should be certificate based also.
The deliverable should be a visual studio solution which have 2 projects of Service & Client respectively.
This will be really easy for someone who is expert in WCF WS-Security. Please also provide your experience for similar scenario in your bid description. Thanks
