Technical Assessment Report for Production of PU

I need experience freelance to conduct for us the Technical Assessments Report for PU production plant, it shall cover the followings :

- Products Description & Specification

- Manufacturing Process step by step with Flow Chart

- proposed List of Machinery and equipment include specification with budgeted cost and sources

- List of Raw Material, components , accessories with cost and sources

- Manpower requirements including Organizational structure.

The bidder MUST be Chemical Engineer, work in any manufacturing industry for minimum 3 years. DO NOT WASTE YOUR AND MY TIME IF YOU ARE NOT MEETING THOSE CRITERIA SINCE YOU WILL NOT MEET THE QUALITY OF WORKS REQUIRED

The Final Document Must be presented in WORD format, approval of final documents will be checked against below points that Must included in the study:

- Details products description , specifications, photos, etc..

- The production process should be in-line with the selected technology and should not have any contradictions with it

- Technology proposed and recommended by the Service Provider with justifications

- High-level assessment of equipment and tools

- Capacity and Capacity Utilization: The capacity shall be in-line with the high-level assessment of equipment and tools

When the capacity is provided, the assumed working parameters (hours, shifts and working days per year) should be clearly specified

- Raw material, packaging material and other input products needs and sources (sources refer to possible suppliers and countries of origin)

RM and packaging material needs refer to the specific RM and packaging material name , the HS code (applicable to Raw Material only), the consumption of the RM and packaging material per unit of end product, the unit price of each material.

- Details of Manpower requirement With diagram for Organizational structure

- Location Assessment: Space allocation in SQM (land area and built-up area)
