This could be quite abstract question, but I need some genuine advice in this field. I'm pretty sure that other people have gone through the same question. Question 1. the question is, while doing the work, there is some sort of works that I need to do inside of certain platform, that need to be logged in. for example ) my shopify store or e-commerce store. But then, honestly I can share my ID and password if its needed. But there is some instance I don't really want to open my ID and password. I'm getting curious how other of you get through such instances. Especially when the moment needing to make Scripts in the logged-in state. As I think, personally, just as simple trick. Maybe setting up Cloud Server computer, and give access to the co-worker. and in that cloud computer, set the state of logged-in. I wonder if you have gone through any better solution than this. I'm sure there must be something that I am not aware of, and maybe better than my method. Question 2. Related with Question 1, could there be any method to 'open' only when specific part of computer program is turned on? for example in a chrome webpage, only allowing the access when entering in certain chrome tab. Technically it could be impossible but This is just question.
