Need to Finish project which is created already on Cake PHP (need to renew Cake or rewrite to other PHP) ,part of it on Smarty PHP, codeigniter too. Will need to combine them all into one project(or do like you think is best). This is Petition website must be by Countries and categories, agents and donations, jquery World Map, with notification bar, responsive design, mobile version. With all requirements which made this website safety for users and their information, multilingual. Want to find freelancer which already have skills with petitions and design. Most of works is already done - just need to finish. Categories or parts like Donation, Agents, Managements script we have created already (just i wrote they are on different languages) Developer must have online server where works will be done till created script will be installed on our server.
