Expert in Grails and MongoDB

I have a half baked project written in Grails & GORM that I now need to expand and add new features to it. I need an expert in GRAILS & MongoDB who can refine the existing code base. I will be providing the necessary information about the over all project structure and the architecture. Will also need to build new web pages and additional functionality. Should be able guide us with the best practices and train my team for supporting the application.
