Jquery newsletter form with Coldfusion

Hi,

I've attached a picture of what I want for the newsletter form and also the cfm page with the form, etc. I know how to code coldfusion but not jquery. When the user click the button I want the message to show in the jquery box and then they have to close the box with the x.
