Dear Employer,
I myself went through depression as well. I had an extremely happy childhood and then all of a sudden when my sister died, I felt hopeless and lost. The depression is a stigma in my country as well. I went to the best psychiatrist but it didn't help me. Prescribed medicines only made me sleepy and uninterested in anything I did. I graduated from the Faculty of Philology, department of English language and literature and hold A PhD in English. I even lived in the USA for 5 years but since I got divorced I came back home. I have twins- 9 years old.
I decided to help myself. I gave up on medication. Start practising a holistic approach. I gave up on meat, oils, sugar, salt and...junk food in general. But what helped me most is a talk therapy. I also managed to become a Silva method and NLP graduate. It was hard, I did feel unmotivated but I managed it somehow. I knew that I must treat mind and body equally. Neuroplasticity and Dr Joe Dispenza helped me immensely.
Please check my profile so as to see my latest samples (since there is no room here for them to be attached). You will find a folder about Psychology- I was writing about -mental disorders...ten of them actually. I was sticking to DSM -5 criteria.
Last but not least, I wanted to tell you that we are not allowed to provide employers with personal info or accounts.
However, here it's my email, but I think it would be automatically deleted- natasaresenoje@gmail come.
Regards,
Natasa
Hope you are fine
