Self-help book for individuals dealing with depression

My business has a focus on holistic health and wellness as I am an herbalist, holistic expert, and coach. One way I would like to do this is by publishing an inspirational self-help book with a focus on people who are dealing with major depression. Mental health is a stigma in the Caribbean/African American community, and I would like to give light to it in a positive way. I have dealt with depression all my life but did not get diagnosed until the age of 35 in 2012. It is important that you are empathetic and sympathetic towards this subject matter.
