I need to create a reusable contract/confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement for my granted projects outside the USA. Basically that the outcome of the project (usually programming) is out company property and that the information shared with the contractor should not be shared by any circumstances unless instructed. Any other standard information is expected. All information for our company will be shared to the bid winner.
