Singaporean with own kitchen wanted to teach cooking fundamentals, tasting and kitchen layout

Hi there, I'm looking for someone IN SINGAPORE who can 1. Teach me how to cook. I know some fundamentals, but I'm looking for someone with passion for cooking who can show me solid fundamentals e.g. knife skills, mise en place concepts 2. How to appreciate flavours, assess food, and hence, balance the flavours in meals that I cook. 3. Help me understand, using your own kitchen, how to plan a kitchen as I may do renovations for my place. Please answer only if you are IN SINGAPORE and can teach me in your own kitchen, as I'm looking for one-to-one coaching.
