Translate Arabic to English provider prefered to be from Jordan

This project ONLY for a person lives in Arabic speaking country preferred from Jordan The provider must have MA in English or higher from any university, or a BA in English from UK or USA. other than this PLEASE do not waste your time and mine with your bidding, The job divided to 2 very simple quick tasks 1- pick videos from youtube based on certain simple criteria i will provide, and give me a list between 2 to 5 2- translate the ones i approve to English, 3- Ad the translation on the video as sub title to the video, if you can not do that and or you do not have the software for this do NOT worry, i will teach you and provide you the software. My budget is $1000, and I will pay per video , videos will be of 1 to 10 minutes long, so i see the best way to pay is per minute i will pay $1 per minute of video disregard to amount of words to be translated in that minute. and i will pay in accomplished work per video per 5 videos ...etc. as you wish no problems.
