Before becoming a games engeineer/Designer, games that always captivated me were block breaker games. I was always curious about how a game with such simple mechanics could provide such satisfying feedback and provide the player with enjoyment, from just the touch of a screen or the click of a mouse. The reason I think I am suitable to complete this project is not much to do with my programming skills, as the scope of the programming side of the game is not huge, however, the design of an block breaker game is crucial, as the design to make such an arbitrary task fun is a challenge. I like this challenge, and believe my practice within University really suits this task.
