Fix a vertical space image issue in Chrome and possibly IE

Google Chrome browser and possible IE is adding a vertical space after an image. I need that fixed. Attaching the screen shot.

I have tried the following and it did not work:

- have added style="line-height: 0" to the TD tag

- have added style="display: block; line-height: 0; vertical-align: bottom;" tot he IMG tag

Developer will have to use the source code generated in the browser to figure out the issue and give the fix.
