Develop an asp.net user control that contains a dynamically create menu using the ASP.NET Menu control that resembles the provided menu example. ## Deliverables Develop an asp.net user control that contains a dynamically create menu using the ASP.NET Menu control that resembles the provided menu example. Coder should deliver two examples of the same menu, one using style sheets where the only image used is on the top level menu where the submenu items are styled with the style sheet and the other uses JavaScript to change images on the rollover animation. JavaScript example should use the mosueover and mouseout events of the hyperlink. The mosueover and mouseout events of the hyperlink should also be dynamically be created in the code behind, where the properties of the hyperlink are set from the dataset. Code should be designed to handle no less than 4 menu levels. The menu bar should extend to the end of the width of the parent table as shown in the provided example. All menu items/levels should be dynamically created using a dataset object done in the code behind. Top Menu Bar and all sub menus should have rollover animation and hover styles both using background color and also image change with JavaScript using the mosueover and mouseout events of the hyperlink Ability to control the style used for each menu level Coder to provide JavaScript for rollover animation on menu example that uses images for menu items. Coder can change provided style sheet as needed. Ability to set the width of each menu item on all menu levels. Prototype Menu - [login to view URL] Style Sheet Used in Prototype Menu - [login to view URL] Image file used on top level on Prototype Menu - [login to view URL] 1) I require complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done (so that I may modify it in the future). 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): 2b) Any website server-side deliverables must be installed in ready-to-run condition in the employer's environment (unless overridden otherwise by the employer elsewhere in this contract. 2c) If there are any server-side deliverables (intended to only exist in one place in the employer's environment) then they must be installed by the winning worker in ready-to-run condition (unless specified elsewhere by the employer). 2d) All other software (including but not limited to any desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute) must include a software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project (unless specified elsewhere by the employer). 3) Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work paid for.
