I have a site that is in wordpress however the theme is very old and I would like to make it mobile responsive. I don't want to modify any existing theme files but would rather add a new one that would only be for mobile. The site is lc-tech.com. Please review the site and provide a budget that will take care fo this task. The only thing I would like you to provide at the end of this project is a CSS file called [login to view URL] that I can add to the rest of the CSS files. This should provide the proper CSS for mobile devices and adjust the pages for mobile. Please don't bid on this project if you aren't a CSS expert and require other tools to write your responsive CSS.
