A sales and customer representative aids in our sales and marketing campaigns to increase sales and customer service for our client’s services. They provide additional incentives to target customers through a range of strategies including competitions, promotions and point-of-sale displays. This position involves one on one sales interactions with customers and we work on an inside basis.
We do not offer any door-to-door, telemarketing, or graphic design positions
Day to day responsibilities of our sales and customer service representative:
Listen to and understand customer needs and requirements, solve their problems
Route qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline for further development and closure
Relating to customers and informing them of new services and products
Attend daily meetings for new product knowledge and refining the sales process
Sales Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Experience in sales
A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Human Resources, Finance, Management, or Entrepreneurship are preferred - however, for the right candidates we train.
