D3js - Need graphic developer to give me a modern looking graph

The image I share shows a graph with four elements.
To me, this is old fashioned, boring, ugly.
I need to find someone that could upgrade all of the graphs we are using now but starting with this one to see what you can do.
The code could be D3.js or C/C++ better, or almost anything else so long the solution you use is free, or a small one time fee or allows commercial use. You will have to tell me if you use something that will cost me something.
So, show me an example of how you could display these four metrics in a beautiful, modern way and I will be happy to hire you for the job.
