I am wanting a full list and all contact details of the businesses and organisations listed on the website [url removed, login to view]
Step 1 Fill out header row of Excel spreadsheet with these names - Category name, Business Name, Street Address 1/PO box address, street address 2, Suburb/town, State, country, postcode, phone, website, email.
Step 2 Open up [url removed, login to view] and go to categories on the right hand side and click on the first one
Step 3 Enter the information for each of the listings in the appropriate column on the spreadsheet making sure you click on the phone number to show it.
Input all details that are avilable for that listing.
Keep going through all pages for the category until all have been entered then start with the next category on the list.
These must be entered into an Excel spreadsheet with only the right information being in it's relevent column so that they can then be used in a database. They must accurate.
