Enter demographic data and standardized test results for 2 schools. All data are attached or found below:

Squires Elementary in Clark District, Nevada: [url removed, login to view] To access the data, go to Profile->School->Clark->Squires ES, then select "Students" for attendance, suspension, student teacher ratio and per pupil spending, and "Assessments" for math and reading, and for fifth grade only, science and writing. The year can be changed by selecting School Report Card Year from the drop down menu in the upper left-hand corner.

Nuanu Elementary in Honolulu, Hawaii:[url removed, login to view] To access the Nuanu data for each grade level, you must select "Panel->Proficiency" then select "School" then select "Nuanu El" then select "By Grade - Prof level" then "Data Grid" - then hover over the numbers to get the correct formula (I.e. = 36/61 for "Grade 3 % Exceeds" indicated in the excel file as "[url removed, login to view]" The year can be changed by selecting the drop down menu in upper right hand corner.

Each state administers and records achievement data for different tests, such as Reading, Writing, Math, and Science. You should only fill in the columns that corresponds to the correct tests.

Each row is for a different grade (e.g. 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders) AND the percent who exceed, meet, approach or are far below the standard for that grade.

All the data fields for each school must be complete and factually correct, according to the state or district records for the school provided here.
