The Customer Service/Data Entry/Pricing position is responsible for entering customer purchase orders in a timely manner to achieve high level of customer satisfaction under the supervision and direction of the Customer Service Manager.
•Demonstrate the ability to communicate in English verbally and written.
Basic blueprint reading skills.
Enter using Oracle system customer purchase orders and adhere to internal procedures to ensure orders are processed correctly.
Carry out contract review throughout to ensure pricing and quotation accuracy.
Send customer order acknowledgement.
Maintain customer portals.
Respond to customer inquiries on pricing and delivery dates.
Expediting customer orders.
Collaborates with other departments to ensure the customer needs are met.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
Complete assigned reports and special projects.
Maintains work area clean and in orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
