Migration Australia WA is looking for a passionate, warm and friendly customer service guru to support our team in providing administrative support, following up initial enquiries and setting appointments for face-to-face sessions with our migration experts. You will be providing our small team with essential support in generating new appointments and allowing them to get on with what they do best - help couples and families migrate to Australia.

Hello, I'm interested to provide support with 100% efficiency. I myself wanted to migrate to Australia but due to lack of fund, I couldn't go ahead so I'm sure I'll make a connection with people who want to migrate. First of all, I have a full time shift job so I would be able to work for 2 hrs daily but I can work for more hours on my OFF days. Due to my experience to work in a large organization, I have always been organised & proactive towards my work. I may not have all the necessary experiences but I'm a quick learner & I would be able to follow your initial instructions. My English is good so communication is not a problem. I need one clarification though, you mentioned about telephone calls to be made, so is this going to be a S-k-y-p-e--c-a-l-l or from my mobile? Also, is there a specific time for work? I have lot of experience in data entry, product uploading, research, Email handling, Excel spreadsheet, basic image editing work etc. Have bit of experience in customer support as well so I hope to do well.
